Technical equipment

Various options for technical installations will be available for rent in your meeting room.

Please indicate your technical requirements with your meeting room request.

A video projector and screen or an LCD screen are included in the room rental fee.

Catering

Once you have received a confirmation for your room booking, you can place your catering order directly with the catering service. Contact details are indicated on the confirmation.

Please note that catering can only be ordered AFTER you have received your room booking confirmation.

Access times

The official congress opening hours are 08.00 – 20.00. If you require access to your meeting room outside of these times, please contact the Marketing team. Early or late access can be arranged but is subject to an additional fee.
